The symbol number on the insurance card has changed as result of this merger. As this may affect some of the services provided by YG Health Insurance Society, we ask that you please confirm the following information and take the necessary actions.

YG points and lodging Reservations made prior to the transfer company will be transferred as they are after the transfer. Please note that WEL BOX (website) will not be available from October 2 to 3 due to the data transfer.

★Unregistered person★

After October 4th, the symbol number of the health insurance card you enter when logging in will be changed, so please register using the symbol number of  the new health insurance card.

 

 Please note that if you need to cancel accommodation reservations made before September 30 and the deadline for incurring a cancellation fee falls on the data transfer date, you will need to cancel by phone.


★Registered person★

If you have registered pre-merger company email address, you can log in, but communications from WELBOX will be delivered to your registered email address, we recommend changing to your private email address or your new company email address.

Please use the service provided on the YG Health Insurance Society website, Where you can check your WELBOX membership number by entering the symbol number on your health insurance card.

Health checkup scheduled prior to the merger can still be taken even if the date of the checkup is after the merger date. Please present your new health insurance card on the day of the health checkup.
