Health Checkups
FY2026
The health checkup courses provided by the YG Health Insurance Society cover both employer-required statutory checkups and specific health checkup items.
You are eligible for one checkup per fiscal year.
Age eligibility is determined based on your age as of the end of the fiscal year (March 31, 2027).
Please note that the employee's out-of-pocket cost and available courses may vary depending on the decision of each individual business entity (employer).
Health Checkup Courses
The following health checkup courses are available at medical institutions designated by the YG Health Insurance Society.

Optional Tests
If you wish to take optional tests, please make an appointment directly with the contracted medical institution in advance. Please note that if you undergo a checkup without eligibility or at a non-contracted medical institution, you will be responsible for the full cost. For insured employees (excluding Voluntarily Continued Insured Persons), your employer may subsidize the equivalent of your out-of-pocket cost. For details, please contact the HR representative of your respective company. For Voluntarily Continued Insured Persons and dependents, certain optional tests may be free of charge depending on the selected medical institution.

Important Reminders
Please pay for your optional tests at the medical institution's reception desk on the day of your checkup.
If you wish to take optional tests other than those listed above, please make an appointment directly with the medical institution and pay the full cost at the counter on the day of the checkup.
About Checkup Results
Results will be sent to your home address approximately 2 weeks to 1 month after the checkup.
Handling of Personal Information for Appointments and Checkups
The Association handles personal information related to health checkup registration and the checkups themselves as follows. Please review and agree to these terms before undergoing your checkup.
Purposes of Using Personal Information
Personal information obtained will be used within the scope of the following purposes:
- Registration for checkup appointments, verification of eligibility, and mailing of questionnaires and vouchers.
- Sending health checkup results, reports, etc.; accounting and administrative communication regarding checkup costs.
- Post-checkup diagnosis, specific health guidance, and issuance of referrals based on checkup results.
- Contacting for follow-up communication and specific health guidance after checkups.
- Case studies using anonymized data for the purpose of improving the quality of medical technology.
- Specific health guidance based on the assessment levels (stratification) of specific health checkups as required by the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People.
- Various statistical processing.
Provision and Joint Use of Personal Information in Health Checkups
- When an employer (by law) entrusts the Association with the implementation of health checkups, the Association will provide and jointly use the checkup results with the employer to comply with the Industrial Safety and Health Act and to ensure the safety and health of the insured persons.
- Personal information will not be provided to third parties without the individual's consent, except as required by laws and regulations.
Outsourcing to External Parties
The Association entrusts certain operations related to the implementation of health checkups to external parties after entering into confidentiality agreements and memorandums regarding the handling of personal information.
New Benefit Service "Benefit Station": Unlimited Netflix Access
This Netflix benefit is an incentive for those who complete their health checkup. While the benefit will be granted to all members for FY2026, from FY2027 onward, it will only be available to those who complete their checkup within the designated period. Please note that, in principle, those who take their checkup in or after January 2027 will not be eligible.
