FY2025
Once a year, Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Persons and dependents of the YG Health Insurance Society may choose to receive one of the following health checkup courses.
The ages indicated below refer to age as of March 31, 2026. You can receive a health checkup by either of the following ways, whichever is convenient for you.

1. Traveling health examinations
These traveling health examinations take place in comfortable environments near where you live (e.g., hotels, public venues).
They are available free of charge (excluding additional optional examinations).
The YG Health Insurance Society subcontracts the operation including appointments of traveling health examinations to Wellness Communications Corporation.

2. Health checkups at medical care institutions
These health checkups are provided by medical care institutions specified by the YG Health Insurance Society.
The following copayments apply:

3. Optional Inspection
You will be billed the entire amount if you lack eligibility or if you are examined at a facility other than a contracted medical care institution.

4. Request for cooperation of dependents undergoing health checkups provided by part-time employers or municipal governments
Under the specified health diagnosis program, health insurance societies are expected meet government target examination rates.
Even if you were examined at another facility, submitting your results to the Society so that they can be included in the performance report will help enhance future health activities of the Society.
We ask for your cooperation in this regard.
Please contact the YG Health Insurance Society by email (info@ygkenpo.jp) if you wish to contribute your health checkup results.
After you contact the Society, you will be sent a return envelope. Use this envelope to send a copy of your checkup results and completed medical questionnaire to the YG Health Insurance Society.

Results from health checkups received during the period April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 and while being a dependent of the YG Health Insurance Society
Deadline for submission
Must arrive by April 30, 2026.
The insured person will be awarded 1,000 Pep points for the results submitted.
* An insured person may be awarded points once per fiscal year for each set of dependent checkup results.
* The insured person must be registered with the Pep Up program to be awarded points.
* No points will be awarded in the following cases:
- Basic examination items or medical questionnaire items are incomplete.
- The subject person received the health checkup before becoming a dependent or when he or she was no longer a dependent.
- The subject person received the YG Health Insurance Society's health checkup or traveling health examinations during the same fiscal year.
- The insured has not registered for Pep Up at the time of submitting health checkup results.
- The insured person has lost his or her eligibility at the time of awarding Pep points.
