FY2026
The YG Health Insurance Society provides the following health checkup courses for our Voluntarily Continued Insured Persons and Dependents.
You are eligible for one checkup per fiscal year. Eligibility is based on your age as of March 31, 2027.

1. Mobile Health Checkup (Traveling Clinic)
These are traveling-style checkups held at convenient locations like hotels and public halls, allowing you to stay on top of your health close to home.
The basic screening is provided at no cost (excluding optional add-ons).
The YG Health Insurance Society partners with "Wellness Communications Corporation" to manage the bookings and operations for these mobile clinics.

2. Medical Facility–Based Health Checkups
These are health checkups available at medical institutions designated by the YG Health Insurance Society.
An out-of-pocket co-payment will be required.

4. For Dependents Undergoing Health Checkups via Municipalities or Employers
Under the national Specified Health Checkup program, Health Insurance Societies are required to meet certain participation targets set by the government.
Even if you receive a checkup elsewhere (e.g., at your workplace or via local government), submitting your results helps us meet these goals and improve our future health programs.
We kindly ask for your cooperation.
If you can provide your results, please email the YG Health Insurance Society at info@ygkenpo.jp.
We will send you a pre-paid return envelope. Simply return a copy of your results and the questionnaire to us.

Eligibility and Requirements
Who can submit:
All Dependent Spouses, and Dependents/Voluntarily Continued Insured aged 30+ (as of March 31, 2027).
Eligible Results:
Checkups taken between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027, while enrolled as a dependent.
Submission Deadline:
Must arrive by April 30, 2027.
Earn 1,000 Pep Points:
*Upon submission, 1,000 Pep Points will be awarded to the insured person.
*Points are limited to one set of results per dependent per year.
*The insured person must be registered on "Pep Up" to receive points.
*Points will not be awarded if:
- "Basic Health Checkup items" or "Questionnaire items" are missing.
- The checkup was taken outside of your enrollment period.
- You have already taken a YG Health Insurance Society checkup in the same year.
- The insured person is not registered on Pep Up or has lost eligibility.
