Notifications are sent to individuals whose overall checkup results indicate that a follow-up medical consultation is required. Please review the specific details in the "Health Checkup Result Report" sent to you by your medical institution and schedule a consultation as soon as possible.
If you inform us of your consultation status via the enclosed reply postcard or our web portal, we will send you a small token of our appreciation. We encourage you to respond once you have received the notice and completed your consultation.
