Dear insured policy holders,

Health insurance and long-term care insurance premium rates for FY2019

Please be advised that at the second insurance society meeting of our health insurance society held on February 27, 2019, the insurance premium rates for FY2019 were determined to be as follows.

1. Health insurance premium rate :

　　 8.14% (No change from FY2018)
       Split between business owners and insured persons

2. Long-term care insurance premium rate :

　　1.42% (No change from FY2018)
      Split between business owners and insured persons

3. Applicable dates :

　　Starting March 1, 2019 for insured persons in general
      Starting April 1, 2019 for optional continued insured persons

4. When collection begins :

　　Insurance premiums for March 2019 (starting with the deduction from April pay) for insured persons in general
      Starting with insurance premiums for April, 2019 for optional continued insured persons
