Dear insured policy holders,

     FY2019 standard monthly remuneration for optional continued insured persons

Please be informed as follows of the average value for the standard monthly remuneration of all insured persons on September 30, 2018 pertaining to the insurance premium calculations for optional continued insured persons for that month as specified in Article 47 of the Health Insurance Act.

  The standard monthly remuneration of optional continued insured persons in FY2019 shall be the smaller of the amounts shown in 1 and 2 below.
The applicable period for this amount shall be one year, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.

  1. Standard monthly remuneration at the time of leaving the company (losing eligibility as an insured person)

  2. Standard monthly remuneration (410,000 yen (level 27), the same as in FY2018), which assumes the basis for the standard monthly remuneration to be the average monthly remuneration of 406,695 yen in the health insurance society as of September 30, 2018

(Note) Standard monthly remuneration in 2. is the upper limit for optional continued insured persons in FY2019.
The upper limit is reconsidered each fiscal year.
