Are there any precautions I should take on the day of the checkup?
- If you are pregnant or think you might be, please consult your primary care physician. Checkups are optional, but if you choose to take one, notify the medical institution.
- Gynecological exams cannot be taken during menstruation or for 5 days following. Please reschedule if necessary.
- Book gynecological exams for the same day/facility as your general checkup.
- Bring your glasses or contact lens case if you use them.
- If you have chronic conditions or disabilities requiring support, please inform the reception in advance.
- If you take regular medication, consult your doctor regarding use on the morning of the checkup.
