1. If you choose the Mobile Health Checkup

If you choose the Mobile Health Checkup (conducted at hotels, convention halls, and other venues), you can receive gynecological examinations free of charge without paying any additional optional examination fees.

- Eligibility for Free Examinations

If you are a female participant, the Standard Health Checkup + Gynecological Examination package is included in the examination menu from the outset.

- Eligible Individuals

The following individuals are eligible, regardless of age:

Dependents (including surviving spouses)
Dependents aged 30 or older
Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Persons aged 30 or older

2. If you choose the Medical Facility Health Checkup and select eligible free examination items

For the Medical Facility Health Checkup (conducted at hospitals and clinics), gynecological examinations are generally treated as optional examinations.

However, the following examinations are available free of charge if the eligibility requirements are met.

- Cervical Cancer Screening

(including cervical cytology and transvaginal ultrasound)

Eligibility for free screening:

Available to individuals of all ages.

Transvaginal ultrasound is available only at participating contracted medical facilities.

- Breast Cancer Screening (Breast Ultrasound)

Eligibility for free screening:

Available to individuals of all ages.

- Breast Cancer Screening (Mammography)

Eligibility for free screening:

Available to individuals aged 40 or older.

If you are under 40 years of age, an out-of-pocket fee of ¥3,000 (excluding tax) is required; therefore, the examination is not free of charge.

Important Notes

- HPV Test (Human Papillomavirus Test)

This is an optional examination that requires an out-of-pocket fee of ¥4,000 (excluding tax) for individuals of all ages.

- Bone Density Test

As a general rule, an out-of-pocket fee of ¥1,000 (excluding tax) is required.

However, depending on the examination package selected or the medical facility, the test may be provided free of charge.

- Payment at the Examination Venue

If you choose any optional examinations that are not free of charge, the applicable out-of-pocket fees must be paid at the reception desk of the medical facility or examination venue on the day of your appointment.
