I see an error message when registering a new Benefit Account. What should I do?
If an error occurs during new Benefit Account registration, please check again to ensure that there are no incorrect entries in the following fields: the Organization ID, Authentication Key 1, and Authentication Key 2.
Common mistakes include:
- Confusing the number “0” (zero) with the letter “O”
- Entering unnecessary spaces
